I Think, Therefore I Am.
Cogito, ergo sum.
^^^ that's Latin.
Descartes was a French philosopher who coined the phrase and, essentially, defined manifestation. My condolences go out to those of you who thought it was Billie Eilish.
Fake it til you make it.
It's actually a 100% valid and proven philosophical theory, not just a weird GirlBoss MLM thing.
A person can quite literally alter their reality with their thoughts and words. In case you haven't noticed- shitty, negative people usually have shitty, negative lives.
In that theory, the most reliable source of knowledge is our thoughts. Therefore, our thoughts hold significantly more power than the physical world that we live in. Bear with me, I know y'all didn't sign up for a philosophy lecture.
I guess my whole point is, life is what you make it. You can't walk around telling yourself that everything is burning to the ground, because that will become your reality.
Drink your water, use your moisturizer, say your affirmations in the mirror, and make your life what you want it to be.
